Job Summary:

We are seeking a Child Development Coordinator to join our team in Horsforth. As an Outdoor Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing programs that promote children's physical, emotional, and social development.

Main Duties:
  • Coordinate and implement outdoor learning programs that support children's development.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and maintain a safe and healthy outdoor environment.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress and adapt programs accordingly.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues to ensure consistency in program delivery.
Requirements:
  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent.
  • Experience working with young children in an early years setting (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary:

£24,000 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
