Community Wellbeing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Community Wellbeing Coordinator at the Middlesbrough Voluntary Development Agency.
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dedicated team, delivering community-based wellbeing services and promoting mental health awareness across Redcar and Cleveland.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others.
Job Overview:
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality wellbeing services, ensuring continual improvement and excellence.
- To promote mental health awareness and support within the community, working closely with local stakeholders and partner organisations.
- To develop and implement service plans, ensuring they meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality wellbeing services, ensuring seamless delivery and effective communication with clients.
- Develop and maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress, adhering to confidentiality and data protection guidelines.
- Promote mental health awareness and support within the community, working closely with local stakeholders and partner organisations.
- Participate in business planning activity, contributing to the development and implementation of strategic plans.
- Promote the agency's values and principles, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional service quality.
