We are seeking highly skilled and experienced freelance interpreters and translators to join our team at Language Empire. As a leading provider of interpreting and translation services in the UK, we offer a unique opportunity for professionals to work with a variety of clients across different sectors.

About the Role

As a freelance interpreter and translator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality interpreting and translation services to our clients. This will involve working with individuals who require language support in various settings, including the NHS, local authorities, police, probation, and other public and private organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpreting and translating for clients in various settings
  • Providing accurate and confidential language support
  • Working independently and as part of a team
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and colleagues
Requirements
  • Fluent English and another language
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Aged 21 or over
  • Formal qualifications in interpreting or translation (advantageous)
