We are seeking a skilled Enterprise IT Support Specialist to join our team at Syntax Consultancy. This is an excellent opportunity for a First Line IT Technician to work in a hybrid environment and be part of a well-established and growing IT services company.

Key responsibilities include providing 1st line technical support for Windows/Microsoft technical environments, logging calls, troubleshooting, and diagnosing IT problems to 1st line level. Additionally, you will provide remote IT support for end-users, escalating calls when necessary, and managing IT incidents within agreed SLAs. The tech environment includes Windows, AD, O365, desktop PCs, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, MS Exchange, DNS/DCHP, VPNs, Firewalls, SharePoint, and Azure AD.
