Job Title: Production Co-ordinator/Administrator

Ground:zero is a leading company in the events industry, known for producing exceptionally creative and well-managed events. These events occur across the UK and internationally. Ground:zero specialises in Live, Hybrid and Virtual events, as well as video production and creative design. Here at GZ, every day is different.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling: Manage the production board, take minutes from production meetings, and coordinate logistics for UK and international events.
  • Logistics: Book freelance crew, including local crew, and arrange transportation, accommodations, and equipment.
  • Administration: Raise purchase orders, liaise with suppliers, and manage office supplies.
  • Finance: Input supplier invoices, manage manager's credit card receipts, and liaise with the bookkeeper.
  • Documentation: Create and update documentation, including risk assessments and method statements, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Social Media: Plan and create content for Ground:zero's social media platforms.
Requirements
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritise jobs.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure all event information is inputted correctly and meticulously managed.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure everyone is on the same page.
  • Work Style: Hardworking and efficient, able to work calmly under pressure and without constant supervision.
  • Teamwork: A good team player with the ability to work as a core member of a team, building strong relationships and helping the team where needed.
Qualifications

Previous experience in event coordination or a related field is not essential. An organised mind and being passionate about achieving great work is. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is required. Any previous experience with TeamTrack and Current RMS is useful, but not essential. A valid driving license is also required.
