This opening comes with a generous compensation package that includes an annual salary of approximately £28,500 - £38,500. About the Role:

  • Provide direct support to students with Special Educational Needs in primary schools
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to create personalized learning plans
  • Assist with preparations for lessons, including setting up equipment and materials
  • Help students complete tasks and projects under the guidance of teachers
  • Participate in parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in education, special education, or a related field
  • Proven experience in supporting students with SEN in a classroom setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
