About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data and MI Analyst to join our Insurance and Money Services team at Tesco Bank. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in enabling and facilitating the delivery and daily running of reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collate and analyse data trends using pre-set tools, methods and formats for use in reports to help guide decision making.
  • Prepare and coordinate various data and analytics reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting that data into a digestible understandable standardised format.
  • Use data management systems to access specific information as and when required.
  • Contribute to reviewing existing operations in own area of work and implement innovation processes to generate new ideas and ensure continuous improvements are delivered.
  • Support collection of business requirements using document analysis and workflow analysis to express requirements clearly and succinctly.
  • Collect and create content/best practices/case studies to capture and share knowledge.

Requirements

  • Anticipates and adopts innovations in business - building digital and technology applications.
  • Makes sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
  • Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
  • You will have experience of using data visualisation software to support and deliver complex reports across the organisation.
  • Works at an intermediate level to conduct activities to collect, analyse, diagram (model), and report information and data flow, including state changes, to help make strategic decisions, achieve major goals, and solve complex problems.
