About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled LPM Data Analyst to join our Insurance and Money Services team at Tesco Bank. As a key member of our newly formed team, you will play a crucial role in supporting Transformational Change and Agile Practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collate and analyse data trends using pre-set tools, methods and formats to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and coordinate various data and analytics reports for stakeholders by collecting data from standard sources and presenting it in a clear, concise format.
  • Use data management systems to access specific information as required and contribute to reviewing existing operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the collection of business requirements using document analysis and workflow analysis to express requirements clearly and succinctly.
  • Collect and create content, best practices and case studies to capture and share knowledge within the team.
Requirements
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience of using data visualisation software to support and deliver complex reports.
  • Ability to work at an intermediate level to conduct activities to collect, analyse, diagram and report information and data flow.
  • Great people skills and ability to build strong, effective working relationships.
