About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Administrator to join our team at Vero HR Ltd. As a key member of our global projects team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' international initiatives.

The successful candidate will be fluent in both English and Polish languages and will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support on various projects. You will manage all documents, assist with streamlining processes, and liaise with suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fluent communication in English and Polish (written and verbal)
  • Meticulous organization and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel
  • Collation of information and production of reports for key stakeholders
  • Strong MS Office suite skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and on own initiative

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary circa £25,000 depending on skills and experience
  • Monday to Friday working hours: 8:30am-5pm
  • 24 Days annual leave plus bank holidays
