About the Role:

As a key member of our international recruitment team, you will be responsible for driving student enrollments and expanding our market presence across key global regions. This is a sales-driven role where success is measured by your ability to generate leads, close deals, and build relationships that drive enrollment growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute and refine our international student recruitment strategy to achieve ambitious enrollment targets.
  • Identify and develop recruitment opportunities in new and existing markets.
  • Travel internationally to attend fairs, events, and meet prospective families, educational agents, and partners.
  • Develop strong, lasting relationships with agents and recruitment partners to expand our global network.
  • Track and analyze market data to optimize recruitment strategies and deliver strong results.
What You'll Bring:
  • Demonstrated success in an international student recruitment or education sales role.
  • Experience working across international markets, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly establish trust and rapport with agents, families, and partners.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding enrollment targets in a sales-driven environment.
  • Comfortable with international travel and flexible working hours.
