International Admissions Lead

Westbourne School is seeking a results-driven International Admissions Lead to join our team. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to recruit international students and expand our global network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel internationally to attend education fairs, events, and meet with prospective families, educational agents, and partners.
  • Develop strong relationships with agents and recruitment partners to expand our global network.
  • Track and analyze market data to optimize recruitment strategies and deliver strong results.
  • Build and maintain relationships with international schools, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract international students.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in international student recruitment within the education sector.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly establish trust and rapport with agents, families, and partners.
  • Comfortable with international travel and flexible working hours.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
