We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Financial Data Analyst Lead to join our team at the University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust. As a key member of the financial department, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial analysis and support to the Head of Costing.

About the Job
  • Lead the planning and implementation of the National Cost Collection process, ensuring timely submission to NHS England.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial reports and analyses for the Head of Costing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to improve data quality and accuracy.
  • Provide guidance and training to finance teams and end-users on financial data and output.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., accounting, finance) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and guide team members.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
