Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of daily and weekly payment runs and forward planning for key payments
  • Review and monitor the team's output, ensuring high accuracy and great attention to detail
  • Highlight areas of non-compliance, high volumes, and breaches of business processes & policy
  • Manage and prioritize workloads to ensure deadlines are met and excellent levels of customer service are maintained
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a Financial Accounting environment
  • Part-qualified accountant
  • A desire to lead and motivate a team
  • Good communication skills, comfortable presenting in meetings and liaising with all levels of management
  • High-level IT skills to analyse and interpret information
