Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker to join our team as an At Risk Mental State Healthcare Professional. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a small caseload intensively, focusing on psychosocial intervention and preventing the development of psychosis in young people.

Main Duties

The successful candidate will be a key member of our multidisciplinary team, involved in the assessment of young people at ultra-high risk of developing psychosis. Working alongside psychologists and CBT therapists, you will provide interventions for co-existing difficulties and work towards delaying or preventing the transition to psychosis.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • Qualified and Registered Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker
  • Significant experience working with service users with mental health problems
  • Experience and skills in clinical assessment
  • Knowledge of a range of interventions appropriate to the needs of service users with At-Risk Mental States
