About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher to join our team at Wayman Group. As a key member of our education team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our students, promoting their academic, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs of all students
  • Establish and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes student well-being and engagement
  • Evaluate student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs
  • Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and senior staff members to ensure a collaborative approach to student education
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other educational events to stay up-to-date with best practices
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage or equivalent
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum and pedagogy
  • Experience working in a classroom setting, preferably in a primary school environment
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other education professionals
  • Passion and commitment to children's education
  • Strong customer service orientation, with excellent relationship-building skills
