Senior Site Manager Opportunity at Fawkes & Reece (North)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at Fawkes & Reece (North) on a leading build to rent high rise apartment development in Liverpool.

As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing live packages and the fit out of a high end RC frame apartment development. You will report to a Project Manager and be responsible for chairing subcontractor progress meetings, progress reporting, and overseeing health & safety and quality.

Fawkes & Reece (North) is an award-winning multi-disciplinary contractor and developer that specialises in design and build student accommodation, build to rent, and commercial developments between 50m and 150m in value. This is a fast-growing region with an impressive pipeline of projects that can offer excellent career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage various internal packages
  • Chair subcontractor progress meetings
  • Oversee health & safety and quality
  • Deliver high standards and behaviours in HSEQ
  • Excellent planning & time management skills
