Senior Site Manager Opportunity

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team on a high-rise apartment development in Liverpool. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing live packages and overseeing the fit-out of a high-end RC frame apartment development.

About the Role:

  • Manage multiple subcontractor packages and chair progress meetings
  • Oversee health and safety, quality, and progress reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high standards and behaviours in HSEQ
  • Develop and implement effective planning and time management strategies

Requirements:

  • Background in Site or Construction Management with a Tier 1 contractor
  • Experience in managing internal packages and delivering high standards in HSEQ
  • Academic qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and relevant industry certifications
  • Excellent planning and time management skills with the ability to think ahead and manage risk
