Care Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Carepath Recruitment Ltd. As a Health and Social Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with varying needs and abilities.
- Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Participate in person-centred planning meetings to develop and implement care plans.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in care and support is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard in a positive behavioural support setting.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
