Advanced Orthotic Care Manager

Blatchford is looking for a highly skilled Senior Orthotist to lead our specialist team at the West Midlands Rehabilitation Centre in Birmingham. As a Senior Orthotist, you will be responsible for assessing, measuring, casting, fitting, supplying, reviewing, and adjusting orthoses as required. You will also assist with presentations, seminars, training, and education at all levels and participate in clinical audit and clinical research, liaising with both clinical and technical employees. To be successful in this role, you will need to be qualified in Prosthetics and Orthotics, have HCPC registration, and be a member of BAPO/ISPO (desirable). Experience in a wide range of orthotic provision, including paediatrics, orthopaedics, and footwear, is also essential. This role offers a competitive salary, relocation allowance, 25 days holiday (rising with service), and a strong CPD programme tailored to individual development needs. In addition, you will receive ongoing internal and external training and courses, discounted shopping and leisure activities, discounted gym membership, health cash plan, and cycle to work scheme. The estimated annual salary for this role is £50,000-£65,000 depending on experience.
