Job Summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a highly skilled Transformational Water Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our water process engineering group, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of water treatment processes for our clients. Your expertise in water treatment process design, operation, and optimization will be essential in shaping the future of our cities and environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of water treatment processes for our clients.
  • Develop and implement process design solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in water treatment process design.

Requirements
  • Chartered Chemical or Process Engineer (preferably IChemE or CIWEM).
  • Experience in leading design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
  • Fundamental understanding and experience of integrated water treatment processes.
  • Experience of process safety techniques (HAZOP/DSEAR), capital and operational costs assessments, whole life carbon assessments, and knowledge of UK environmental regulations.
