We are seeking an experienced and values-driven leader to guide West of Scotland Housing Association through its next phase of growth and development.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will report to the Board and lead the WSHA team in delivering outstanding services to our tenants while maintaining and enhancing the financial viability and governance of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the strategic direction and development of WSHA in line with Board policies and the Scottish Housing Regulator requirements.
- Lead the Corporate Management Team in delivering WSHA's objectives and meeting performance targets.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
- Drive financial sustainability, value for money, and operational excellence.
- Champion health and safety, risk management, and diversity within the organisation.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a track record of successfully managing change and delivering high performance within a complex organisation.
