About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Product Management Specialist to join our Global Product Management team. This is a key role within Man Group, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on exciting product launches and restructurings.

Job Summary:

The Asset Launch Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the launch of new investment products, ensuring that they meet Man Group's product governance requirements. This involves working closely with senior stakeholders, portfolio managers, sales, legal, compliance, risk, and other teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with senior stakeholders to take the lead on discussions regarding product design and structuring for new fund and managed account launches.
  • Coordinate the launch of new investment products, ensuring that they meet Man Group's product governance requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including portfolio managers, sales, legal, compliance, risk, and MOA.
  • Ensure each product launch correctly follows Man Group's product governance process, seeking client and management company board approvals as necessary.
  • Be 'product champion' within the Global Product Management team for the products that you are launching, and share information with the team related to product development.
  • Maintain strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business administration, or engineering.
  • Strong academic qualifications and excellent communication skills.
  • Relevant experience gained with a leading asset manager, preferably in product management or a similar role.
