Materials Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Materials Planner to join our team at Recruit4Talent Ltd. As a Materials Planner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finished goods planning of in-house production and brought-in merchandise, ensuring supply capability and contributing to the company's windows division achieving their production and strategy targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Demand Determination and Order Triggering: Analyze and determine demand for materials, triggering orders as necessary to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Monitoring and Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock quantities and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
- Invoice Management and Delivery Date Management: Manage invoices for purchased items and coordinate delivery dates to meet production schedules.
- Troubleshooting Delivery Issues: Identify and resolve delivery issues, ensuring timely receipt of materials and minimizing disruptions to production.
- Report Creation for Active Customer Communication: Develop reports to facilitate effective communication with customers regarding production schedules, delivery dates, and inventory levels.
- Participation in Scheduling Processes: Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement scheduling processes, ensuring alignment with production targets and supply chain requirements.
- SAP Implementation Experience: Proven experience with SAP implementation, preferably with APO module.
- Familiarity with SAP Language and System Architecture: Strong understanding of SAP language and system architecture, including data flows.
- Change Management and AS IS : TO BE Modelling: Experience with change management and AS IS : TO BE Modelling, including gap analysis.
- Datasheet / Data Management Experience: Proven experience with datasheet and data management.
- Industry Experience: Familiarity with the construction, FMCG, or process industry.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel abroad for training and meetings.
