Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Determination: Analyze and forecast demand for materials and supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels.
  • Order Triggering: Coordinate with suppliers to place orders for materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing stockouts.
  • Inventory Monitoring: Track and manage inventory levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Invoice Management: Process and manage invoices for purchased items, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Delivery Date Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve delivery issues, minimizing disruptions to production and supply chain operations.
  • Reporting: Generate reports for active customer communication, providing insights into supply chain performance and areas for improvement.
  • Scheduling: Participate in technical, conceptual, and operational control of scheduling processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Inventory Optimization: Collaborate with internal colleagues to define minimum stock quantities, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing waste.

Requirements:

  • SAP Implementation Experience: Proven experience with SAP implementation, including the APO module.
  • SAP Language and System Architecture: Familiarity with SAP language and system architecture/data flows.
  • Change Management: Exposure to change management and AS IS: TO BE Modelling – gap analysis.
  • Datasheet/Data Management: Experience with datasheet/data management.
  • Industry Experience: Experience working in a similar industry, such as construction, FMCG, or process industry.
  • Travel: Ability to travel abroad for training.
