We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled School Principal to lead our educational team at Polaris in Maidenhead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our school, ensuring that our students receive a high-quality education.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position that comes with a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Lead and manage the educational team, ensuring that our students receive a high-quality education">

• Monitor and evaluate the progress of our students, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed">
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our students receive the best possible support">
• Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to senior management">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in education or a related field">
• Extensive experience in education, preferably in a leadership or management capacity">
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with parents, carers, and other stakeholders">
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously">
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability">
