About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our special education division at Polaris Community. As a seasoned educational leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support students with SEN, leading the school to meet Independent School Standards and the Education Inspection Framework, and advocating for the rights and needs of SEN students.

A key aspect of this role will be to develop and implement a vision that aligns with the school's mission and values. You will work closely with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure that all students receive the support they need to succeed.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive salary that reflects the importance of this role in supporting the school's mission to provide high-quality education to all students.
