Job Description
  • The works will include a variety of tasks such as touch-up paintwork, fencing repairs, changing light bulbs, unblocking toilets, diagnosing leaks, adjusting heating, moving furniture, measuring windows and doors, fitting fire doors, replacing kitchen cupboard doors, locating fuse boxes, repairing damaged walls, fitting new fixtures and fittings, and laying vinyl floor tiles.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Our Multitrade Operatives are responsible for ensuring that our care homes are well-maintained and provide a comfortable living environment for our residents.

Requirements
  • You must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently.
  • Good communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with colleagues and management.
  • You should have a basic understanding of electrical and plumbing systems.
