We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter and Maintenance Specialist to join our team at the Housing Quality Network. As a key member of our Responsive Repairs team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality carpentry maintenance repairs/installations and additional types of work within your skill set.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in carpentry and maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills. You will be an ambassador for the organisation, providing high-quality service to customers, and being a friendly face of the Housing Quality Network.

Key responsibilities include:
• Delivering carpentry maintenance repairs/installations
• Being capable of additional types of work with your skill set
• Working efficiently and effectively to ensure all works meet good building maintenance practices

We are looking for two multi-skilled operatives to join our Responsive Repairs team as Carpenters, working in the Windsor, Slough, Reading, High Wycombe, Datchet, Bracknell, and surrounding areas. The estimated salary for this position is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
