As a Pump Maintenance Specialist at Selwood Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our diesel engines and pumps. Based at our Bracknell branch, you will work closely with our team to carry out routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting tasks on customer sites and in our workshop.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to working safely. Your role will involve participating in a call-out rota, which includes a standby allowance and excellent overtime payment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks on diesel engines and pumps
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and communicate effectively with team members

What You'll Need:
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the water, environmental, or construction industry
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work safely and adhere to health and safety protocols
• Valid UK driving license required
