Job Opportunity: Compliance Officer for Legal Practice

Job Summary:

Johnson Law Group is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer for Legal Practice to join its team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the firm's ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the firm's compliance with SRA authorisation and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement internal compliance policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance and client-facing quality of service.
  • Oversee and sign off all lead generation and service advertisements to ensure SRA marketing requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with the Management Team to ensure effective dissemination of compliance procedures.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with at least 6 years of PQE and experience in a compliance role. They will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be technically and legally astute, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £50,000-£65,000 per annum and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
