We are seeking a highly skilled Housing Development Coordinator to join our team at Contract Scotland.

As a Housing Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the development of private housing projects, including preparing detailed cost plans and estimates, conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments, and managing project budgets and monitoring costs.

  • You will also negotiate contracts and procure materials, liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and prepare and present financial reports.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, proven experience in quantity surveying within the private housing sector, and strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
