Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and delivery of civil engineering projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and regulatory standards.
- Develop detailed design drawings, specifications, and calculations.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, planners, and other engineers.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to inform project development.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Essential Skills and Experience:

- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Chartered status with a recognised institution (e.g., ICE).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil design engineering, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroDrainage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
