The successful candidate will have extensive experience in safety case development and implementation, with a strong understanding of UK regulations and guidelines related to safety and radiation protection.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective safety strategies and risk assessments, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement safety cases for new and existing facilities, plant and equipment.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to assess radiation levels and identify potential hazards.
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on safety procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering-based subject.
  • At least 10 years' experience in safety case development and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of UK regulations and guidelines related to safety and radiation protection.
