Key Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the admissions process at one of the UK's leading girls' independent schools, providing professional and inspiring leadership for the entire customer journey across the Junior and Senior schools, from initial enquiry through to registration and enrolment.

The successful applicant will join our friendly, creative and high performing Marketing & Admissions Department and will be responsible for ensuring a professional, friendly experience for prospective parents and pupils as they navigate our admissions process.

Key Objectives:

  • Strategic planning with key senior figures at the school to attract high-quality applicants across all entry points.
  • Agreeing an events plan for the year with the Director of Marketing and Development.
  • Organising and leading on high-quality admissions events.
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with local feeder schools and other partners in our community, including within the GDST network.
