Requirements

  • 5+ years of client-facing experience within the live events industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and proven track history of developing B2B relationships.
  • Experience in selling or delivering technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with the full business development and sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Proven ability to establish and deliver on business KPIs.
  • Commercial acumen to understand and effectively influence financial objectives and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Proven ability to understand needs, build rapport, and trust with potential clients.
  • Adaptability and a collaborative mindset to harness the full potential of the Rfidentikit team.
  • Comfortable using sales tools, CRM systems, and other technology to streamline sales processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Business, sales, and marketing degree or relevant technology area.
