Job Title: Day Care Worker
Location: The Beeches Resource Centre
This position is a full-time, permanent role within our established Day Care Service, which provides individualized support to adults with learning disabilities to develop and maintain practical life skills and social competencies. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support service users with daily living skills, including personal care and meal preparation
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote independence and well-being
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to provide a safe and supportive environment
- Communicate effectively with service users, families, and other professionals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a health and social care setting
- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English (grade C or above)
