About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Housing Services team in Banbridge, Northern Ireland. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals with their daily living needs, including personal care and household tasks.
- Assist with behaviour support plans to help individuals manage their emotions and behaviours.
- Encourage community participation and social inclusion by supporting individuals to access local services and activities.
- Work collaboratively with the support team to develop and implement individualised support plans.
