Support Assistant for Students with Additional Needs

We are seeking dedicated Support Assistants to join our team, working with Primary & Secondary Schools across the EX postcode area. Our ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with young people who require additional support and a commitment to making a lasting positive impact on students' lives.
Key responsibilities include providing support to students in both one-on-one and classroom settings, working closely with teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, and helping students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, compassionate, and ready to embark on a rewarding career. In return, we offer competitive pay of £95+ per day (depending on experience and qualifications), ongoing professional development, and the chance to make a tangible difference in the lives of young people.

Key Requirements:
- A genuine passion for working with young people who require additional support
- A commitment to making a lasting positive impact on students' lives
- Willingness to apply for an enhanced DBS for working with children (if not already registered with the DBS update service)
- Experience working in SEN settings is desirable but not essential
