About the Role:

As a Recovery Worker with Touchstone's Community Rehabilitation Enhanced Support Team (CREST), you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with complex emotional needs to define, build, and live meaningful, independent, and satisfying lives closer to their community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional and practical support to individuals with complex emotional needs, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Work collaboratively with service users, their families, and carers to develop personalized support plans that promote recovery and growth.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of CREST's 'Complex Emotional Needs' pathway, working closely with the team to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices in recovery work.
