Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team and support individuals with Autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling our service users to live fulfilling lives, promoting their independence, and empowering them to make choices that matter to them.

About the Role
  • You will work in a homely environment, supporting individuals with varying needs and abilities.
  • You will assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • You will encourage and support individuals to participate in activities that promote their physical and emotional wellbeing.
  • You will work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized support plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
