Job Title: Food Quality Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Quality Specialist to join our team at Odysea. As a Food Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products, from production to delivery. You will work closely with our suppliers, logistics team, and warehouse operations to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct regular audits and inspections of our suppliers and warehouse operations to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
* Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the quality and safety of our products
* Collaborate with our logistics team to ensure that our products are transported and stored safely
* Work with our suppliers to resolve any quality or safety issues
* Develop and maintain relationships with our suppliers to ensure that they meet our quality and safety standards

Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
* In-depth knowledge of food safety and quality standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
