About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Quality & Safety Assurance Engineer to join our team at Aeropeople Ltd. As a key member of our Compliance Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our aircraft maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Aircraft Airworthiness Reviews (ARCs) and Extensions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise external CAA and MAA audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement Quality Assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the Company Authorisation system to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct Safety and Quality Assurance Audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • UK CAA Part 66 License or equivalent Aeronautical Engineering Degree.
  • Extensive experience in commercial aviation.
  • Significant experience in a Quality Assurance and/or Safety Management role.
  • Formal aeronautical maintenance training.
  • Significant understanding of CAA Regulatory structure.
