Job Title: Senior Engineering Quality Assurance Specialist

Aeropeople Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Compliance and Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain regulatory compliance with CAA and MAA Part 145 and Part CAMO requirements.
  • Conduct Aircraft Airworthiness Reviews (ARCs) and Extensions, and produce reports for submission to the CAA and MilCam.
  • Supervise external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure effective implementation and maintenance of Part 145 and Part CAMO Quality Assurance processes.
  • Manage the Company Authorisation system requirements and control the issue of Personal Authorisations.
  • Plan and conduct Licenced Aircraft Engineers B1 / B2 / A Authorisation boards to assess Engineers competence.
  • Facilitate the resolution of intra-departmental processes to support the timely issue / reissue of Licenced Aircraft Engineers Licences and Authorisations.
  • Conduct Safety and Quality Assurance Audits and evaluate suppliers for Engineering and Maintenance functions.
Requirements:
  • UK CAA Part 66 License or equivalent Aeronautical Engineering Degree and previous experience in continuing airworthiness.
  • Extensive demonstrable experience in commercial aviation.
  • Significant previous experience in a Quality Assurance and/or Safety Management role.
  • Formal aeronautical maintenance training.
  • Significant demonstrable ability to conduct audits and produce accurate reports.
