We are seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teacher - Art Design & Food Tech to provide high-quality teaching to students aged 5-16 with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
About the Role:As an SEN Teacher, you will help young people develop their academic and vocational qualifications, with a focus on building independent living skills. You will work with students who may face social and emotional challenges, including anxiety disorders and mental health needs. Alongside delivering engaging English lessons, you will be required to teach a second subject.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the development and delivery of the core curriculums, addressing students' educational, physical, and social needs.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to support students' progress.
- Plan and deliver lessons, setting personalised learning targets for students.
Position: SEN Teacher - Art Design & Food Tech
Location: Kidderminster
Salary: £25,320 - £39,267.20 (actual annual salary)
Hours: Full-time, (40 hours per week, term-time only)
Contract Type: Permanent
