Job Title: Automotive Diagnostic Expert

We are seeking an experienced Diagnostic Master Technician to join our client's team in Loughborough. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out diagnostic routines, repairs and testing of vehicles in a professional and safe manner as assigned, in accordance with dealer and factory standards.

The role would suit an experienced Technician with the knowledge and experience to be able to identify problems and solutions promptly for your customers. You will work closely with the service team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality repair standards.

The estimated salary for this role is £36,000 - £38,000 Per Annum + Yearly bonus (£41,000 - £44,000 OTE). We offer a range of benefits including Canteen, Company pension, Cycle to work scheme, Employee discount, Enhanced maternity/paternity leave, Store discounts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect customers' vehicles/goods, prior to and on completion of service, maintenance or repair work.
• Undertake diagnosis of repair requirements to vehicles.
• Conduct electronic visual health checks (eVHC) on all vehicles and provide a comprehensive report with expert advice and recommendations for customers.
• Carry out vehicle maintenance and repair in a safe and efficient manner to MOT and manufacturer standards.
