We are seeking Support Workers to join our team in Edenbridge, providing support to individuals with learning disabilities.
As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality support to individuals, enabling them to live fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing physical and emotional support to individuals
- Supporting individuals to engage in leisure, home, or work-related activities
- Helping individuals with household tasks and personal care
- Supporting individuals with healthcare needs, including medication

What will you be doing?
As a Support Worker, you will be working with individuals with learning disabilities, providing support to enable them to live fulfilling lives. You will be responsible for providing physical and emotional support, supporting individuals to engage in leisure, home, or work-related activities, and helping individuals with household tasks and personal care.
This is a rewarding role that will enable you to make a real difference to people's lives. A full UK driving licence is desirable for this role. Full and part-time opportunities are available.
