About the Role

You will work closely with our Senior Coordinator, reporting directly to them. Your designated areas of responsibility may change based on the needs of the team, the business, and your own professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and efficiently to enquiries.">
  • Process programme applications, verifying completeness and eligibility.">
  • Coordinate events related to programme delivery, including interviews, courses, and online briefings.">
  • Update and edit programme resources to ensure adherence to company standards and branding guidelines.">
  • Maintain participant management systems, tracking engagement, progress, and correspondence.">
  • Pre-empt withdrawals and deferrals, offering support and alternative provision as needed.">
  • Document and improve processes, taking ownership of KPIs and striving for excellence.">
  • Role-model values, including collaboration, integrity, and continuous learning.">
  • Adhere to Best Practice Network's policies and standards.">

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • ">
  • Proven customer service experience, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.">
  • Ability to organise, plan, and prioritise tasks effectively under pressure.">
  • High competence using MS Office and Teams.">
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, with strong numeracy and literacy skills.">
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.">

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including:
