The RoleWe're looking for a talented Data team member to work on various internal projects, helping the business make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power BI and a mix of other technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee larger complex projects, providing guidance to the team and assisting in troubleshooting issues.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions for process improvement, using Power BI to create interactive visual reports.
- Design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights, establishing relationships between data and developing tabular and multidimensional data models.
- Support wider function initiatives, such as the implementation of new systems.
- Proficient in advanced DAX and Power Query in Power BI desktop.
- Strong experience in Power BI development.
- Understanding of the ITIL framework and ITIL Foundation qualification is desirable.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Software, ServiceNow ITSM, Dynamics CRM, and other relevant tools.
