Power Electronics Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Electronics Design Engineer to join our team at Permanent Futures. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing analogue and power electronics based systems, including PCB layout and circuitry, prototyping, and manufacturing scale-up.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic engineering, with experience in power supplies, inverters, and control electronics. You will work closely with our engineering manager to deliver high-quality products and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop analogue and power electronics based systems
  2. Conduct PCB layout and circuitry design
  3. Prototype and test designs
  4. Scale up manufacturing processes

Requirements

  1. HND/Degree in Electronic Engineering or related discipline
  2. Experience with design of power supplies, inverters, and control electronics
  3. Experience in a manufacturing environment designing practical products
  4. Basic mechanical engineering knowledge
  5. Good working knowledge of analogue power supply engineering
