Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining key systems that support the day-to-day operations of our gyms, ensuring timely technical support requests are effectively handled, compliance standards are met, and accurate audits are conducted to maintain the integrity of our memberships and gym operations.

Key Skills:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a membership-based or retail setting.
  • Proficiency in system management tools and comfort with various digital platforms and Microsoft packages (Excel is a must).
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail, especially in audits and ticket tracking.
About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our operations. The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
